The letters won't really drop a yellow arrow pointing down tells you where the letter will drop once u have guessed all the right letters. It is a challenge but once u figure it out its fun... if u need more help let me know
your theft sensor is probably bad. and pulling the fuse will just shut off all power as a security feature. you oculd have the sensor checked out or if you know where it is replace it
slide your phone open and the back light does not turn on. slide it closed and then wait until the front keypad light turns off and then slide open straight away. you will find that the back light then comes on. bit of a puzzler and a pain but has seemed to work so far.
