Hi. I've not received any emails in the last 48hrs (weird) & I can't get paid by PayPal! My email is [email protected] Plz help asap, as I have buyers that can't pay me & will cancel if the problem isn't fixed asap. Thnx so much.

Hello,

Some Paypal payments are "Pending". Go to your Paypal page and look at "Payments Received" then click on "Details" where you see that specific transaction and it will tell you when you can expect that payment; usually 3-5 business days.

Copy and paste your receipts into an E-mail and send them to jdwa550 . Let jdwa550 sort it out with PayPal. Don't copy and paste any more information in the e-mail that is needed to prove you paid.

if you have money in your account and it is locked contact paypal and explain them your proplem they will help you.
if it is not locked open new account andtransfer your money.

Changed my email address

Hi there!

On an email server you can not change names although you may change passwords. However, the only way for you to use [email protected] is to create a new email address here (https://bigpond.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5750) and if you still want to receive emails from ([email protected]) you click at (Set up email forwarding) in that way you got your new name email address while receiving emails from the old address.

Paid using PayPal but goods not received. Help!!

First register your loss with the person who was supposed to supply the goods. secondly, register your complaint with PayPal immediately using their own system, ensure you do this ASAP within say 48hrs of when you should have received your goods(sooner if possible) Dont worry if you have not done it within this time but it does help to register your notification ASA you know or suspect there is something wrong.
Inform the seller as it is his responsibility to prove the goods were sent to you. It is also his responsibility to chase the Post Office or other courier as he entered into a contract to send the goods to you with them. You cannot chase the Post Office as the contract is between him and them!
If the goods arrive, let everyone know ASAP too, that is only fair.

In Paypal there should be a spot with your transactions. All you need to do is click the transaction details and then about halfway down it should say issue a refund and just go through that and it should get it sent back where its supposed to.

go to www.paypal.com, type i your ebay users name and password for your paypal accouct, and you will be able to see if the fund $$$ for the bed were transferred into your account, if you can't remember your password, paypal will email it to you.

you should log in to your paypal account and check the last payment you made to the seller you will see the details There and the sellers account id or email the email is his account name so forwardd the money to him using the email as his account name ,then write to him to inform him of the transfer

Paypal-4029357733 $167.00 etc with 7 different orders. was these purchases paid in full? [email protected] claims they were NOT paid. I received statement on my credit account they were paid.

I have not been able to use pay pal since 1/2013 and no there is no outstanding $ due to the following email. I had 2 bank accounts wiped out via pay pal and will not "advertise" one there again. SO have also QUIT eBay since that is the only way to purchase there. as you can see via the email it is not due to outstanding $ but due to limit, would not even let me use ebucks to complete this last transaction which was then handled via eBay but was no $167.00.???

If you've ordered anything via PayPal you can always contact the payee via their email address in the order history.

All of their information will be shown so that you can contact them in case you didn't receive what was ordered.

If you send them an email with the details of your order and what you actually received, and they choose not to resolve it (in most cases they will) you can always file a dispute with PayPal against the payee.

You'll need to enter all of the details of the order and what you actually received.

Once the dispute has been posted, the payee receives an email from PayPal informing them of the dispute.

The dispute is monitored by PayPal and if there isn't any resolution within a certain period of time set by PayPal, the payees account will show that they've chosen not to resolve a dispute and is displayed in their account.

I'd suggest contacting "Cats Paw" first and see what they do.

If they choose to ignore you, then you are in your rights to file a dispute.
