I have aRadio Shack universal remote I am trying to hook up with with a sanyo tv it's an older model thank you

The code for a Sanyo TV set should be 100. Press and hold the TV button on the remote while entering the code. The light should blink 5 times if it was accepted, and then you can test to see if it worked.

1) Turn on TV;
2) Press TV on the remote control;
3) Press and hold SETUP, until the red LED indicator blinks twice;
4) Enter 9-9-1-1 on the numeric keypad;
5) Press POWER on the remote;
6) If the TV doesn't respond, repeat #3, #4, #5.
