face book has problems and I noticed that the problems have appeared lately on systems using google chrome or on i-pads and phones using win or apple os 8 or 10
contact face book on the phone or on a system that can get through to the help or contact us page

it unfortunately is common with face book and there is really no administrator that anyone can complain to at face book

Kurio won't come off blank screen, i've used the reset button, and the power with volume+ button and it's still the little kurio guy making the smiley face. i took the cover off, it's not hot. Any other suggestions as to re-boot it?

Hi.

Remove the AC power (charger) and then take the battery out. Plug in just the AC power supply and turn the laptop on, see if it boots up and shows a display on-screen. If it boots let it boot up and then shut it down as normal. Reinsert the battery and try as normal.
If you still get a blank screen can you then tell me if you get any post (splash) information like the Compaq Presario logo before it goes blank.

Pull your ram cards and restart... see what you get. Then restart WITH them... you may just have an unseated ram card.

Try using the latest version of FireFox instead of the browser you are currently using. IE sometimes have issues with complex websites **** as facebook.
