Are you trying to register it with the manufacturer for a warranty? If you are, you can go to the manufacturer website and do that. If you are trying to register it for insurance coverage purposes, contact your insurance carrier and you can do it with them.

How do I register a company in the Marshall Islands?

The Marshall Islands has been considered as one of the economically and politically stable country which is prevalent for the splendid business environment, favourable and low tax regime together with unlimited business opportunities.
If you want to register a company in the Marshall Islands, it requires a minimum of one Shareholder, one Director and one Secretary - they can be the same person. The director of that company can form any nationality as to the company choice. A standard formation is 500 registered and bearer shares without par value, or up to 50,000 USD worth of par value stock. The notable matter is that the Marshall Islands company formation is a very flexible, tax-free structure, with few restrictions on the business that the company can engage in.

you will have to have the system checked out and as it came from a pawn shop it likely is not functional as it is/was

My peavey XR 8600D registers power then shorts out? Any ideas?

"Registers power then shorts out"??? Try using that terminology with your next car or appliance repair and expect, but don't be surprised by their puzzled look. PLEASE include more details on your XR 8600D's failure so we can help you.

"Card Full" error when the card is in fact empty...

I had the same issue, and ended up solving it after trying many different things. So first you put the card in your reader, right click, and hit "format...". It should ask you if it's ok to erase everything. Say yes.

Then put the card in the recorder, and it should say "Unformatted". Hit Utility and TR4 to Initialize. That should do the trick. Hope that helps!
