iFixitMotorla phones can do this with they have a problem with their boot loader or ... when iturn on my phone and it does its power up, i wait for my service to ... i dont know how to fix my phone it always goes off and on i will give 150$ if .... is turn itself on and offnever getting to the start screen. and it only does it if its plugged in.

This is controlled in your settings menu under 'Fixed Dial'. (or similar command). You will need to change this setting.

When you turn on fixed dialing, you
can call only numbers stored in the
fixed dial list.
Turn fixed dialing on or off:
- > Settings > Security > Fixed Dial
Use the fixed dial list:
- > Settings > Tools > Dialing Services
> Fixed Dial

this like you need to reinstall phone firnware, contact samsung service center to fix that

there is trik for that just press * and ok button twise and allong with c button . it work. just replay me if any doubt.. it work's. don't forget to fix..

after being wet , you need to take the phone to a mobile service center to have them service the phone for you.

yap there is hope first clean up your battery connection the two tip connecting to the cell phone if still the same replace new battery it maybe need a new one!!!
