I have a new HP Pavilion Notebook. The touchpad works fine but I can't get the HP wireless mouse (model m971au)to control the cusor. I turned off the touchpad, changed batteries and pushed the conect button on the bottom of the mouse. The red light moves from flickering to steady. The cursor does not respond. Any suggestions?

Reinstall drivers for the mouse.
