I don't think there is any way you can find lost blackberry using pin. What you can do is inform your service provider that your phone is lost and they will keep your phone is lost/stolen list.
you must first call up the provider and have them take it off lost or stolen list, (aka red flagged) once that is done, you will be able to use your phone and customer service will be able to program your phone.
