A snowy picture is usually an indication of a bad ground. Check the cables at both ends to be sure that the braid(shield) is still intact and connected to the F-connector. Also, check the connections on the exterior of the house. You can also call the cable company and have them check the connections at the poles.

Fuji (A360) lens won't come out

Lens mechanism is jammed. Probably the counter wheel attached to the drive gear is hitting the sensor and stopping it from working, so will switch off. Needs a service
