Need help to locate two parts.

I know I have to replace part # 264103 vonv output mod.and # 264104 conv power supply. I was quoted 550.00 to fix,too much for me. Is this something simple to do? If so where would these two parts be, Anyone know of a good part store? Attached to the same board or totally seperate? Can someone point me into the right direction with advice or web site I can use,...many thanks. Never worked on a Tv but upgraded a few computers...

Re: Need help to locate two parts.

The parts are the convergence power supply and convegence amplifier board. two circit boards that are over the main cuircit board. I dont find there too difficult to replace. i believe union electronics carries those. always be carefull in a television. there are voltages that will hurt you.

Wd 52631 thermistor part number?

Are you looking for one in the power supply? All these parts have a location number on the board where they are located---should be easy to Google the location and model number to get what you want.

Who does in home TV repair have an RCA D61W20 or can it be done m

The most obvious item which is causing your problem are the 220K ohm 1/4 watt resistors on the convergence power supply board. There are four of them RP10, RP11, RP12 amd RP13

RCA D61W20 Projection Television with ITC222 chassis Here is the whole thing , took this machine apart last night the mirror is in good shape cleaned the lenses, picture is much brighter now! However still...

unfotunatly the itc222 has no convergence ics it uses a series of trsansiitors. the fact that u have some areas of the screen clear may mean you need a technician to do a service alignment. when you go into setup does the convergence crosshairs move up and down and side to side on both the blue and red? if they do their may not be a problem with the power board. ONe more thing if you replace this board you will still need a technician to do a service alighnment

Mod. WS-655111 Fuse F9A04 & 05 bad. Set goes on & right off

You can order a replacement STK393-110 for this model (62HM95) from a major parts distributor at the link below:

Mitsubishi WS-65511 Replacement Part Convergence IC STK393-110

You would probably have to recalibrate the convergence after you install the IC. There may be a convergence kit available as well.

Diagnosis 23

Protection cutting in can be caused by many different things, at least half a dozen.

Most of the time on a Mit, this is caused by the conv sys blowing a fuse that operates it, which is the same power supply that keeps the unit on. When that fuse blows, the voltage from the power supply that keeps the set on disappears.

The 5A fuses that keep the plus and minus 24v rails going are little green things that look like resistors, but are actually "IC protectors". They can be replaced by regular 5A fast blow fuses, GMA type (also known as F type - small, and hopefully pigtail, for soldering to the bad fuses. Parallell one or both of them onto the blown little green things after testing each with a VOM, which can be done easily in circuit while the unit is unplugged.

If either of those 5A fuses are blown, chances are you'll need to replace their conv ICs as well.

Mit's will work with their conv ICs disco'd - you'll have no conv correction, but the set will work and you'll see an uncorrected picture. At that point it's a shoe-in that the conv ICs are bad and need to be replaced.

if you know aything about tvs which it appears you do check to see if you are getting voltage to the horizontal output ckt at the collector of the horizontal output transistor if you are probably you either have a horizontal drive or output problem if you are not check to see if you have either fuses or icps or pico fuses are open generally you will see about a 135 volts to yhe hoizontal output ckt.
