On facebook I click on English down the bottom of screen before I sign on and it still comes up foreign

I went into profile and found where it asked for your language preference. I put in English because it ws saying German and it worked. I got an answer from one of your experts a bit later and he did give me a bit different instructions but they would have worked too. Also, a person I did not even know must have read my request somewhere because they gave me the exact answer your expert did. They must have copied his e mail because even the spelling and content was copied.
