Problem for Siemens WM14S794GB Front Load Washer

My siemens frontload washer is not draining -

it has a error code E:4, indicating pump is blocked.  How do I get to the pump to unblock it?  The owners manual just says to clean the water drainage hose and I have done that but the problem is not fixed.  How can I open up the machine and fix it my self?
