Question about iRiver N10 / iFP-1180 (128 MB) MP3 Player
Some time ago,the screen stopped working and i opened the iriver n10 to see what happened...the mp3 player still works but i got no display at all..the screen won't light up....can sombody help..and there seems to be no existing iriver dealership in Montreal canada which is where i currently live...can anybody help please?..thanks

Make sure you have the latest version of Windows Media Player. XP has all the right drivers but the iRiver needs to synchronise with Media Player inorder to transfer music onto the player using the sync function. Get Media Player 10 or higher then plug the iRiver into the computer.

I have a US model of the H320 - You have to update the firmware, but the US model only got to 1.04 and it sucks - go to http://www.misticriver.net/wiki/index.php/H3xx_Firmware_Version_Information
and download the KOREAN version 1.31 version - it supports the US model. Once youupdate the firme ware on your H320, you will have to go the the main menu and switch the language to english.

1. Go to next site:
2. Select "Support" on the left side ( first column )
3. Select "Download" on the left side ( second column )
4. Below the bar [All Products] next to [GO] enter
your device n10 or N10.
5. Finally click Enter on your keyboard or click GO in the screen:
on the right side all downloads for the N10 will become available.
