Try disabling startup programs. Go to Start > Run (search in Win 7) and type MSConfig. Go to Startup tab and uncheck anything that you don't want Windows to load automatically. It will make Windows boot faster and use less resources while running. This just disables them in startup. Programs will still load, but only when you initiate.
If this fails, even though this should fix it, download CCleaner (free) and clean your Windows Registry.
Hi Akila,
In normal case to change the language of the operating system press HOME > MENU, then tap Settings > Locale & text > Select Locale and then select the language you want to use.
And
If you have installed 'rom' by selecting a language after purchase then the only way to change it is to install a new rom with the language you want. The issue is that Windows Mobile does not allow the user to change the language of the rom once it is installed.
You need to contact HTC to ask them for a replacement rom that is in English.
Hope this helps,
Please leave a comment and rate if the solution was helpful, thanks!
The program disc loaded into this computer was in German
An English version is needed
This can not be changed by typing in anything with the German version loaded into it
You get this error if you set up through the browser window instead of the CD software. To fix change your language in the user preferences to another language, save and then change back to english.
Try download he right software for your OS from HP.com, typically software issue. Be sure to choose the right language for your full software solution, get fatal error when trying to install software with wrong language support.
