I can't get my inernet connection working for some reason. It keeps asking me for my acct. number and password that I use to connect to my ISP but I called comcast (who I have internet with) and asked them about it and they said My connection doesn't require for me to put in a name and password. How do I get my internet connection to work?

On the routers you can use different mode for connecting to your ISP. Try resseting your router or enter the administrative area of the router and set the WAN to DHCP.
