If i understand you right your saying the cooling fan doesnt work at all , yes it's run by a electric motor , it's triggered by the ECM via a control relay /fuse that gets a cool /notcool signal from engine coolant sensor any of these not working correct will produce the effect u see, normaly this will make the fan ,Modulate (off/on) for diff enviroments like mine doesnt even run when plowing snow but runs all the time plowing a field , due to diff time of year

JOHN DEERE L130 SPARK PLUGS ARE NOT FIRING

first i thought this engine had only one spark plug ?? second it's a kohler engine right ? this model has a coil (thing that makes fire for plug) that sits right on top of engine under cover this allows grass and other stuff to get inside it and cause things to overheat a bit this makes coil go out when things get hot in there but it usually will restart when it cools off after a few hours your gonna need to remove cover replace overheated coil and clean this entire area with compressed air to get things cooling again , ck out youtube for some of my easy dissassembly videos of this motor (kohler coil change)

Hi, remove the battery and battery support tray and clean all debris from around the hydrostatic drive, fan and cooling fins. Your problem is caused by the hydrostatic drive overheating. Hope this helps, regards Phil

My johnb deere L120 engine runs fine, but after about 20 minutes the tractor slowly stops moving, i dont know if this is a drive belt problem or something wrong with the hydrostatic?

Hi, most likely the hydrostatic is over heating. Remove the battery and battery carrier. From here clean any grass and debris from the hydro and cooling fins, also check the cooling fan condition. Under the mower check the idler pulley on the hydro drive belt is travelling freely. Hope this helps, regards Phil.

My John Deere srx75 was running good I shut it off and now can't get it restarted. The battery is fine and when I turn the key there is no sound at all.

Hold key in the start position and move or wiggle the transmission lever a little; you'll hit the sweet spot and it will fire!

My bet would be a saftey switch. On most riding mowers there are several switches that must be actuated before it will start. First, make sure that blades are disengaged. If there is a handle that engages and disengages them, you might try holding it in the dis-engage position in case the switch is out of adjustment. There is probably one under the seat also. This switch kills everything if you are not sitting in the seat for safety reasons. Also, make sure the parking brake is set, and the gear is in neutral, and not forward or reverse.
Hope some of this helps.
