Is there a rest button on back of phones

Our phones do not have a reset button. Depending on the model, the phones that have non-removable batteries have a forced power down sequence. Our Android/Windows Mobile phones have an external reset process. Any non-Android/Windows Mobile phones will need to be reflashed in order to get back into them if you're locked out and don't have password.
