Question about Antec Computers & Internet
Power supplier ANTEC ARIA 300 Watt output Model AR300 with PFC for desktop computers. Hi, in Antec 300watt power supply there is 3 cables or input or current 220volt. The cables are Black, Green and white. Which one is earth, which on is live(positive) and which one is negative?
For 120 volt operation use
black for the hot, White for the natural, Green for earth ground.
For 240 volt operation use;
Black and White for the 240 volt and Green for earth ground.
Black is generally designated as the "Hot" or "positive" .
You must make sure the switch on the power supply is set for the voltage you are using. ie: 120/240

SOURCE: i am trying to hook
The green is ground. There is no "positive" and "negative" because the current in the outlet is alternating (AC). They are called "Live" and "Neutral". The Neutral i safe to touch, the Live is deadly. There is no difference how to connect them - in both ways the power supply will work.
