Basics first .. make sure WiFi is on. Check device manager for error or exclamation mark in WiFi device. Post results and we'll go from there

It's on. Umm if I try to go to like network and connects. I only have the blue tooth nd mobile network showing up .

Check the network adapter Click the Start button ?, type "device manager" in the search box, and then, in the list of results, click Device Manager. ? If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation. Double-click Network adapters, and then right-click your network adapter. Click Properties, and then, under Device status, check to see that the device is working properly. If the network adapter is disabled, click Enable Device to enable it.

I don't have a network in the there. Everything is enabled. Like I have no options for a wireless network. As soon as I try to connect it only comes up with dial up and mobile . When I troubleshoot. It tells me to plug in a Internet cord. But I want wireless. The cord is annoying for a laptop

  • Benjamin Wolter Dec 15, 2014

Like if I even try to set up my own network. It goes right to dial up settings and stuff. I don't have the opinion to set it up wireless

  • Benjamin Wolter Dec 15, 2014

Even in control panel. I can click on network connection and no WiFi thing comes up. I even tried to search it. I do to my drivers and I have the Bluetooth one and like the moblie one .... but that's it. I even tried to re download them of the opinion bar at the top. Nothing. There's WiFi opinion anywhere on the notebook

did u have wifi before ? sounds like card is damaged ...

  • Benjamin Wolter Dec 15, 2014

Idk. I just bought it. like when I go to select a network. only the diAL up one shows up. then if i go into my network and services . and go to change adapter. or whatever it was. it will show me the mobile one and the Bluetooth. I got the Bluetooth to work. but no Internet. even when I go into my control panel. I don't get no wireless opinion. the Bluetooth is there. the network adapter is there. but nothing for wireless

My computer when connected to wireless network keeps showing the message "Windows cannot confugure wireless network." It becomes difficult to get it to work.

You may want to disable the built-in utility of the network adapter and let the wireless zero configuration of Windows take up the task of managing the wireless network.
