There isn't a lot of information to go on but if you have experience using a multimeter then you can solve the problem. Just follow the signal flow. Test for continuity and make sure there are no open resistors in the path. If the board is fairly simple then I have seen ICPs open up and that sort of thing. Easily fixed with a .05 part from Radio Shack.
