On the Roxio easy vhs to dvd 3 When I push the burn button it shows a box that says " adjust trim points" 100% then it ejects the disc and says it is having problem writing to the disc with no options or an error code you could look up and find how to fix just an OK BUTTON like o well we tried I guess your screwed feeling What is so frustrating is the videos that won't burn to a DVD now worked just fine 3months prior no problem so what's diff now why is it not working now

My 1st suggestion is to pull the AC power plug from the wall, wait 5 minutes (have a smoke or a coffee) and plug it back in.
Then retry the functions that are giving you grief.

the disc may be jammed. try using a paper clip straightened a bit and insert into the little hole in the front of the dvd door. that should release the dvd drawer. if the drawer can not be pulled out because of a disc jam, you can try to close the drawer again and gently shake the dvd player side to side, front to back to jostle the disc back into the tray/drawer. then try the eject button again. failing that, you can try to remove the outer case and that ought to give you access to the disc, and allow you to see where it is relative to the tray.
try that and let me know how you are progressing with this problem

To eject a disk if the unit won't operate (U99, etc.): With the unit OFF, press and hold "Power", "Stop" and "Channel Up" for 5 seconds. that's is your problem will be solved.

Direct copy VCR to DVD:
- Insert VHS tape you want to copy
- Insert a recordable DVD disc
- Press DVD copy button on front panel or remote control (to DVD).
- To stop recording press the stop button.

IMPORTANT: If attempting to copy copyrighted material the Samsung DVD-VR320 will detect the encoding and will not allow the copy to be made.

Press the 'DVD' button then 'Input' button at the top of the remote until 'Line1' or 'Line2' input is selected. I messed with this for quite a while until I finally looked at Sony's web site which states this.
