SOURCE: fuse keeps blowing

Techman seems to have covered it up nicely. A fuse repeatedly blowing indicates a major short in the Circuits. Get professional help. If u are a techie, or a Semi techie, you could check the Rectifier diodes and the Power Supply regulator (STR).

SOURCE: fuse inside tv keeps blowing

Hi there!
If the fuse rating is correct as indicated on the board, then the PTC is probably busy going faulty. If not sure where it is located, normally on the front where the switch is and where the coil that sits around the tube is connected to the board. Little plastic box with three pins(sometimes two) black or cream in colour. Some circuits use a disc type with 2 legs, however not sure on your set. This is called the degausing circuit and demagnetises the tube every time you switch the TV on. Good luck, JUS004

My wiper fuse keeps burning out

If your wiper fuse keeps burning out, your wiper motor might be failing which causes too much amperes required to turn the motor which in turn trips the maximum rated amperes of the fuse.

Follow the wiring of that fuse to your wiper motor to make sure the wiring is not nicked and grounding to the metal. Once you confirm that there is no shorted wire, disconnect the wiper motors wiring connector. Fuse a new fuse and if the fuse does not blow anymore then you isolated the problem which is the wiper motor causing the fuse to blow. Fix or replace the wiper motor.

When diagnosing blown fuses, I usually temporarily replace any fuse in a vehicle with a circuit breaker type fuse. If there is still a short somewhere in the wiring or the component itself in line with the fuse, the circuit breaker fuse will just trip and I just reset it again after I fix the problem. An advantage of keeping to replace a blown fuse while diagnosing.

No power on zenith z36x31d

The fuse may have failed. However, since you mention smelling something burning, you'll need to check if other parts (for example: a resistor or diode) also was damaged. That burning smell suggests that you had a short in the circuit and high voltage got past the fuse. If you insist on fixing the TV, you will need to identify any short and fix that before attempting to use it again.

I hope this helps.

(I've dealt with several resistor fires over the years. Sometimes the resistor or Zener diode is actually the fuse for the circuit. That simplifies the solution.)

Car wont turn over. no clicking when I try to start it

I would first have to ask, what fuse keeps burning out. The owners manual will tell you what it is for. As for the fuse that keeps burning out, this is cause by a short in the system that this fuse feeds. Were the short is i can't help without knowing what the fuse feeds.

My blower motor resistor burned up I'n my 05

Are you putting the right amp fuse in place of that fuse was at ? If you have a fuse that is 5 amps smaller could produce this same problem so go make sure your manual says what amp fuse goes there first. This might solve the issue. Usually if the fuse keeps breaking inside of it means that there might be a short some where else.

Fuel and engine temp gauge fuse keeps blowing, why?

the fuse basically protect the circuit from burning up...wen it blows the circuit is incomplete so it cant burn up...something is causing your circuit to burn up or use more electricity than the wires or circuit can order to fix this problem you will need an electrical diagnostic
