SOURCE: Bit stuck in Bosch PS20 keyless chuck
These units have only been out for a short while and most are on warranty. Take it to a Bosch Service center in your area and they will replace the front of the unit. Unfortunatly this is a problem with this type of unit. The bit will deform slightly from the impacting action and lock itself in the chuck.

It's the nature of the beast. It should be snug enough not to fall out, though. Virtually all cordless screwdrivers have a bit of end play to them.

see if there's not secured to the shaft with a screw inside at the bottom of the bit. try to slack it by turnig it clockwise. then catch a 19 mm. open end spanner in a bench wise put the shaft with its two flat sides in the spanner and with a pump pliers catch the bit and unscrew the bit turning counterclockwise this time

Hello. Wrap a towel around the chuck and use a pipe wrench or a pair of channel locks to put a little force on the chuck. J.
