Question about Sewing Machines
It sounds like your clutch is partially disengaged. Look at the large wheel on the right side of the machine there is a button or knob to push n turn OR hold the flywheel and turn the center knob to lock or unlock the flywheel. You will use this when you need to wind a bobbin and don't need the needle to go up and down while you are doing that.
