Jan 9, 2008 - So when I tried to play a CD that has been in there forever, ... had that problem too! it would be in 50 degree weather.. discs wont change, play or eject. garaged the .... So last week I took my 06 (w/ Bose) in to the dealer for the stuck CD. ... said they send the CD player back to the factory and they will get the ...
A trick I've used several times is to hit the eject button and take another CD, put it in about 1/3 of the way, push down on the CD that's stuck inside while pulling forward, all of this while the deck is trying to eject will usually get a stubborn CD out.
The first step is turning the car off. Then before turning the key back on, push and hold the Eject button then turn the ignition on. If the CD fails to eject then you can use a old CD and try to insert it into the CD Player, just as it try's to take your second CD pull it out and hit the Eject button again. This will usually get a Dodge CD player to Eject. If this fails then the CD player must be removed and a manual eject can be performed.
you can try the paper clip in the pin hole all cd players come with manual eject push straight paper clip in cd pin hole this can release the cd
or use old cd gently push in on the other cd to help un jam that cd
