Here are the instructions for the Google Chrome browser:
1. Launch Google Chrome.
2. Go to the Google website. Make you that you have no other open tabs.
3. Click on the "Customize and control Google Chrome" icon in the upper right corner (looks like three horizontal bars. This will open a menu. Select "Settings".
4. Go to the "On startup" section of the "Settings" page and select "Open a specific page or set of pages". Then click on "Set pages".
5. In the "Startup pages" box that opens up, click on "Use current pages".

In your browser, go to tools>internet options (or preferences/settings>options depending on the browser). The general tab is where you input the address you wish to have launch when you click the "home button, or when you open the browser initially.
PS: if you don't see the "menu bar" (Internet Explorer/Firefox), right-click the top "title bar" & you should have the options to tick to show it. In Chrome, you change home page in settings. HTH
