If your tablet is an Android tablet, chances are very good that you can use Skype on it. It may have even been pre-installed on the tablet. If not, go to the Play Store, download and install it, then see if you can open it. If yes, congratulations ! If not, just deinstall it. It did not cost you anything and you only wasted 5 minutes of your time.
