Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.
Before going further; try a hard reset first. If it does not help you, replace the main digital board. There are two methods to reset TVs. The first is simple to do; a Hard Reset. The other is somewhat skilled; is a Factory Reset (System Reset). To make it a hard reset, just unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 15 minutes or so. If you do this by overnight is better. This procedure will make it a hard reset. If you want to make it a system reset [Factory Reset]; you have to enter its service mode option, and select the factory reset option. If you wish to get some details; visit the site linked here.
If you can find a reset button reset the camera fo factory default.
It sounds as though you might have a memory card in the camera? If this is so put the card in a n adapter plug it into a card slot and format it.
The reason you may not be able to see photos is if they were put on a card from another source. They may be in an incorrect format or in too large a sixe to be displayed on that camera
Its a V24 chassis---it will blank or turn the picture tubes off for a number of reasons--all self protection. Someone would have to look---I presume when you say no picture you mean no light of any kind on the screen.
If no raster (no light of any kind on the screen) problem could be in Vertical or Horizontal sweep circuits which covers quite a few possible parts.
If the set had for example a blue screen only or is stuck on one input there is always to possible hard reset but that will not cure no raster.
It sounds like your television's main board needs to be replaced. A factory reset from within the television's service menu may be effective if there is a factory reset setting however it is not something meant to do at home and irreversible damage can be done like everything could be erased. Proceed with something like this at your own risk.
I've tried many different things to isolate the problem, the only solution is to manually reset it to factory settings via menu button. If something goes wrong, like the menu button freezes turn off the monitor *Or unplug it, and retry to reset factory settings. Unfortunately you have to do this almost every single time you turn off/on the television.
