Question about Sylvania Salus RT500RF
I've Changed the batteries and carefully re-programmed but makes no difference
Many times the factory wiring on the boiler is set up to maintain boiler temperature with a built-in aqua-stat. The thermostat then controls the circulator pump to transfer heat from that loop to the structure. So, if this is the case, your programmable stat may just be controlling the circulator. There are many, many control AND piping configurations to boilers. Some very different than others.
