I assume you mean auto-correct. For Internet Explorer, go to Internet Explorer Tools and un tick the option to use auto--correction.
In Microsoft Office, you need to got to the options setting and turn off auto-correct.

Texting without using predictive text

Predictive text (or T9) is usually turned off by holding * or # for few seconds, or you may need to go to message settings and turn it off there. What kind of phone are you using?

Probs with text

Go to Settings->Other->Text Input->Personal Dictionary or Word Completion. If you have Personal Dictionary enabled, any predictive text words you've used in the past are still stored. With Word completion on, your Razr is auto-completing words from the Personal Dictionary. If you like to type the words in yourself, letter by letter, just turn these settings off. You can also want to reset your Personal Dictionary.
