Question about Technics Audio Players & Recorders
I tried pressing combinations of function buttons, it's a bit tempermental, it happened I think today when I was setting up a computer interface to the cd L/R input
There will be a button on the faceplate of the unit, or remote, that says mute. Just push the button.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I assume you want to use the SU-G91 as a power amplifier to drive your speakers. If your receiver has connections for inserting an equalizer (may be labeled pre-amp output and power amp input), remove the jumpers between the pre-amp and the power amp, then run cables from the pre-amp to the SU-G91 inputs. You can have an equalizer between the receiver and the integrated amplifier.
If this is not available, use the recording output (for a tape recorder on older receivers). Note that the volume control on the receiver will be bypassed with this connection.

SOURCE: Technics SU-G91 OVERLOAD PROBLEM
I just bought a Technics SU-G91, hoping to connect to my akai GX-230D reel to reel and speakers. do I need to get anything else to hear it, like a receiver/tuner? everything appears to be working or have I just hooked it up wrong?

Try this,press function(Fn) and the
power up button/down button. that will fine tune the middle setting your
laptop. the middle setting is one of 3 settings, you need to press function and
f8 to switch between lowest, middle, and high. the middle setting can be any
setting you like and will be the default setting when you use your computer
with a chord or without it.
