Unable to access Mywifiext? What if we are facing the same issue? what can we do to get rid of such brain-teasers issue? Is there any a way out, to get out of this annoying situation?

here is a brain twister what is mywifiext and who makes it ?

When trying to login to www mywifiext net I get redirected to netgear

I had the same problem,my fix:
Connect your computer/laptop to your internet by a cable.
Connect to your extender via wireless network.
Then open a browser and go to
Now it should load the page without redirecting.

I know this is a old post,but it's the top google link when searching for this problem. If someone would have told me, it would have saved me a lot of time and rage!

The gui setup wizard is not popping up/opening and i cannot access

If you're using Windows, plug the ASUS device in via wired (ethernet). Hit Start, then type in CMD, then type in ipconfig. Look for wired local area connection. Do you see That's probably the ASUS. Now, type that in your browser. Voila, the GUI should pop up. It worked for me.
