Hopefully, your unnamed TV has Component (3-wire) and Composite (1-wire) Video Inputs. You RCA would use the Component Out to the TV (page 2).
Page 17: VCR audio to the AUX jacks on the RCA. Run the (probably) composite (single-wire) video straight from the VCR to the TV.
