Tried to get the glass out of the door???
Depends on the model. With some, you may be able to *carefully* remove the seal around the glass, and that would dislodge it. I remember an older model where the glass was between the door panels, so the door would have to be take apart first. Regardless, it's best to check with the manufacturer, and even check the schematics that are usually included with your docs and also online. Another option is to check youtube. There's probably a video regarding this there.
