Does it say OLMAP132.dll is missing, if so get a copy from the internet. It can be due to incompatibilities or because it accessing .pst files.

Unexpeted close promodag.

Olmapi32.dll is one of the MAPI components installed with Outlook 2007. I think that your current configuration file contains one of the following conditions: account impersonation in the Exchange Connection tab of Tools > Options, and/or a hidden mailbox to establish that connection to the Exchange system. That could work with Outlook 2003, but not with Outlook 2007 or 2010.
Can you follow these steps:
  1. Locate the Repex.pri file, that you should find in the %SYSTEM%\ProgramData\Promodag\Reports\8\ directory.
  2. Edit it using NotePad.
  3. Delete the following values (xxxx in red):
    • MAPIServer = xxxx
    • MAPIMailbox = xxxx
    • MAPIUseNTSpecific = x
    • MAPINTAccount = xxxx
    • MAPINTPassword = xxxx
    • MAPIUserName = xxxx
  4. Save the Repex.pri file.
  5. Start PROMODAG Reports.
  6. Go to Tools > Options and open the Exchange Connection tab.
  7. Enter your connection settings (user account and mailbox) and make sure that the following conditions are met:
    • The user account is a member of the local Administrators group.
    • The user account is a member of the Exchange View-Only Administrators group.
    • The user account is associated to a mailbox and you select that mailbox (Outlook 2007 MAPI client libraries do NOT support impersonation).
    • The mailbox is not hidden in the Global Address List (Outlook MAPI client libraries would make the application crash).
I believe this should be sufficient to solve the problem.

WMP , outlook

Do a search for winmm.dll. The date should be 6/8/2000. If it's not, or if it is and you still get the error, then try restoring it using the following process:

START button/Run/msconfig/Extract
