Question about Cell Phones
There could be a number of reasons, is your phone set on vibrate, silent/ mute? use your volume keys while it is on and volume up to see if this is the problem. if not, go into your settings menu, look for volume, ring tones etc and explore the various settings. they will vary depending on the make/ model of your device. do a web search for more specific instructions.
