The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: I can' get the glue stick out of the glue gun

No need for concern. Just leave it there and then the next time you use it push a new one in as needed.
I haven't met a glue gun yet where you can take out the last remnants of glue stick.
If you prefer to remove it try this:
take a paper clip and straighten it (any thin, metal object will work) Heat the glue gun, unplug it,and then heat the end of the paper clip with a lighter/candle.
Insert it into the end that you load from, sticking it into the glue stick. Wait a short time and then pull the paper clip out. The glue stick should come out with it.
I find it easier to leave the glue stick in as I said, but it's your choice.

SOURCE: master mechanic glue gun 207 stopped working

There is a glue build up inside. Most likely in the feeding mechanism, try to heat it up, the unplug, and use like a paper rolled up to try to remove some of the glue. :)

SOURCE: I have a glue gun

i actually did this to one of my workshop guns i found the best way to fix it was to heat the gun up using a hair dryer and then pushing the old glue back up the tube and out and now when im not using the guns i take the glue stick completely out

Use Google Shopping to find it. If they don't make them any more, you may have to get a new glue gun.

I have a rubbermaid glue-gun. I'd like to know how to insert a new glue stick. I tried and it doesn't seem to 'click-in' properly.

im not sure what model rubbermaid glue gun you have, for most there is a hole in the back and you just slide the glue stick in

Can't get glue stick into gun

Plug it into wall outlet and let it become hot (without plugin any glue into ) about an hour..
When it gets hotter the molded glue in the back channel/barrel of the gun will be melted and back side will be freed to accept a new glue stick.
My regards
