I suggest changing the fuel filter and if that doesn't work get the fuel pressure regulator checked.

1984 Mercedes Benz 500 sel hard to start fuel pump is working pour gas down throat run for a minute then it cut's off what else could be wrong

Fuel pump. It can run. But it also can not put out enough pressure. You have already proven it by putting gas down the throttle.

Well ,it is a 2000 chevy blazer 2 door, i put a new fuel pump, and fuel filter, and it still will not start,if you put gas in the carburradtor it will start for a second then it dies, what could be the

Did you verify that you have proper fuel pressure? Should be around 60 PSI. If pressure is low, ensure that fuel filter is not installed backwards. If fuel pressure is OK, check your injectors with a noid light to see if you have injector pulse. If the truck starts with gas poured into the intake, it is NOT the spark plugs causing the problem. You are chasing a fuel delivery issue, NOT a spark issue.

1999 Chev Mailbu starting hard

those are known for fuel pressure problems does it start hard all the time if so then u will need a fuel pressure test to see if u have 45 to 55 psi . if it starts hard after sitting a while then the fuel pump is not holding pressure u will have to replace. and change fuel filter

2000 GMC Sonoma will not start after standing serveral hours

Check the fuel pressure at the shredder valve, you should have 62 to 65 PSI when the fuel system is primed. (engine not running) With the engine started and running the pressure should drop by 5 PSI, anything less then 62 PSI in your fuel system when trying to start the engine will cause a no start. Note; that try to start a the engine by pouring gas through the throttle body may cause an internal fire in the intake ports and will cause the fuel injectors to melt creating a more expensive problem. As for the fuel pump in the gas tank, it''s held on by and snap ring which you can remove with a simple screw driver. Good luck and keep me posted, and don't for get to replace the wire harness from the frame to the gas tank. It's a $12.00 investment that's worth more then it's cost.

Is there any way to test the injectors on my 98 chevy S10 4.3

DID you put in new gas, fuel treatment, new sock on fuel pump, all new fuel filters, buy inline fuel pressure gauge, check for codes?, this is not a carb where you pour fuel at it , do you have a repair manual for your truck and have you checked troubleshooting guide?
