Question about Briggs & Stratton Garden
The only adjustment is with the throttle cable. At the clamp, adjust the cable fully forward, re-tighten the clamp. This should allow the choke to close fully. Remove the air filter so you can see the butterfly and verify it is fully closed. If it is not opening fully, then adjust the cable back some.
