Question about Roomba iRobot 630 Vacuum Cleaning Robot
I just bought my Roomba today and I cam home, took the battery protection out and plugged it in to charge for the first 16 hours. The yellow light came on and I left it alone to charge. After 15 minutes The light went off, no button responds in no way, pressed or held pressed. If I try to charge it by station it shows that it's charging but it doesn't do anything. What's happening? Can I do anything about it or is it dead? I wanted to be sure I can't do anything before I throw it back to where it came from.
On your operators manual there is a number u can call for cust support. If not then take back for swap out.
