a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I have a GE 15-amp in wall digital timer/switch that just started to turn on and off randomly, about 30-45 times a minute. Is there a way to fix this, or does it just need to be replaced?

There are no repair parts for in-wall devices and timers.

1) Press reset button with paper clip and then reprogram timer.
Online manuals appear on link below
2) Turn off circuit breaker and see if that will reset timer.
3) Buy cheap circuit analyzer from home center and test outlet on same circuit breaker to see if circuit is clean.

Red color waving dowm

Try connecting any other device to the TV to confirm the issue.
Try resetting the TV to the factory settings. Try connecting the TV directly to a different wall outlet and check. If the issue persists, try power resetting the TV. Turn Off the TV and remove the power plug from the wall outlet for 1 minute and reconnect it and check the operation. If the issue persists, then the TV requires service.

The only way to reset it it to buy oem cartridges because it only lets you use the starter tanks once, after that they must have chips
