Re: How do I get chips purchased on a website on the net?
Did they asked you for your email address during the purchase process? If so, check your email, either inbox or sometimes email could end up in your spam. Otherwise contact the vendor so they could send you a link to get you complete this process
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Try to contact the site where to money went missing. Could be your bank?
Make sure the URL of the bank is an HTTPS (with the S of Secure) Most browsers make these URL's green.
We don't transfer or take money over the net. We only try to answer questions.
Look at who sent you the email or letter. If you have NOT entered this contest, look out...especially if you are required to pay ANYTHING! You may be a target of phishing, or an organized crime effort, likely Money Laundering! The scam goes something like this; First, you win a lottery you never entered. Second, in order to receive yohr winnings, you must deposit a check in your bank account and send the lottery company a sum of money out of your account. Then you will receive the full sum ofvyour winnings. Actually, You have won nothing. The first check you receive is a phony check drawn on a bank that ddoesn't exist. Whenbyou try to deposit that check, if they accept the check, and you withdraw the amount you are supposed to send to the phoney lottery company, you have LAUNDERED MONEY! When. You send the money you withdrawn from your account, and sent it to the phoney lottery company, they have sold you a phoney check for the money you sent them! Then the "lottery company" vanishes and you are the one the authorities come looking for. You can even be charged and convicted for depositing the phoney check and withdrawing the real money! Be careful if you are told that you "won" something you did not enter to win! And internet lotteries are phonies...everyone"wins"'!
Most debit and prepaid cards allow online
purchases. However some cards may have certain limits. For example there might
be limited amounts of money that can be payed or withdrawn each time; there
might be limited amounts of transactions or withdrawals allowed each month or
each day; or the use of the card may be limited to one country and its websites.
Yes, some banks limit the amounts of money that can be deposited monthly or the amount of transactions that can be done through the account. Some, for example, offer unlimited deposits but limit the amounts of money that can be withdrawn monthly. Others require minimum and maximum amounts as prerequisites for opening the account.
Paypal uses funds that are added to your Paypal account or withdrawn from your bank account/credit card/debit card.
If the only thing you have is a Filipino bank account (BDO, RCBC etc ) you can withdraw funds from the bank account to your Paypal account.
To do so, you must first add your bank account to your Paypal account by going to Paypal, where it says My Account > Profile > Add or Edit Bank Account.
Here you enter your banking details as required, Paypal will make sure that it is your account by depositing a small amount of money to your account (takes 3-5 days) and then asking you to verify that amount before the bank account is confirmed and linked to your Paypal account.
After you've linked your bank account to your Paypal account you can then withdraw funds to it by going to My Profile > Add Funds. This process also takes 3-5 days to complete.
The funds withdrawn to your Paypal account from your bank account will now allow you to make instant payments with funds direct from your Paypal account.
Alternatively if you make a payment for anything you buy online and wish to pay with your Paypal account and don't have any funds, Paypal will deduct the funds from your linked bank account. The process usually takes 3-5 days to complete.
Hope I have been of assistance to you,
Cheers ! :)
