I get a loud crack sound when I switch on the drum machine when I have it connected to the mixer

That would be normal - the order you power up equipment is very important. Always start with peripherals and work toward the power amp. Powering off is reverse - power amp first. You can also mute the mixer channel you're plugged into before powering up the drum machine but get into the habit of proper power sequence.

I ordered the whole dj 350 W set from the US. Problem is, im still a young upcoming DJ and this is my first shopping experience with any DJ equipment. So i didnt really know anything about the voltage...

See where the power cord of the CDJ350 goes in , there will be a sticker stating the working voltage of the device. US models usually do not have this switch you are talking about ( south east Asian models do ). All you can do is find out the wattage of the CDJ --- will be written next to the 120V / ??W. W indicates the watts of power consumed. Add up all the W's of all the 120V equipment you have purchased and add another 25% to it. Then go to a electronic store and purchase a 220 to 120volt step down transformer.
Example one CDJ is 35w and you have 2 nos + you have a Pioneer DJ mixer (from US ) which consumes 50W. You should go and buy 35 x 2=70w + 50w =120w + 30w ( 25% ) = 150WATTS step down transformer.
There is no problem buying an over powered transformer like 200watts . Never underpowered .

The base peddle sometimes doesnt register or goes off just a second after i press it. When no other pads are in use it works fine. Any advice on what i should do. Im experienced in electronics and im broke...

The bass pedals (domes) are really cheesy...consider getting a regular pedal/beater/sensor like they use on the electronic drum sets... that is what I am doing.

Is the Boss Dr-5 compatable with the Boss BR-1180 mini studio?

Midi doesn't actually "make sound". If your trying to record the patterns you made on the DR-5 to the recorder you need to use an audio output(I don't remember if they are RCA or 1/4" on the DR-5.) The midi output would be used to"trigger sounds" in another device that has sounds built in, or you could also trigger sounds in a program that supports midi input.

DTXPRESS IV SPECIAL changing cymbal(crash) sounds?

the right crash is a '3 zone pad' (notice the semi-circular groove around the front edge of the pad).

this means you should get a different sound from the bell, the main area of the pad, and the front edge.

In order to mimic a real crash cymbal, the 'crash' sound comes from hitting the edge of the pad.

In reality, there are ribbon switches (like mobile phone keypads) underneath the bell & edge areas of the pad that detect hits to these areas.
