Question about Refrigerators
There is a filter cartridge that filters the drinking water. I need to replace it once in 6 months. I have done this process many times without any difficulty. But this time the filter in the fridge will not turn 1/4 turn to get it removed. How to solve this problem?
Sorry to hear that. Most filters must be depressed slightly then turned. if there is a lot of pressure on them they may not want to turn. If it is possible turning off the water and then pushing a glass under the water dispenser may relieve the pressure enough to remove the filter. Hope this helps.
