Question about Bobcat Miller 225 Welder Generator 907209 Or 907210
When im welding engine slow down like shuting off, electrode dont have enought power to weld i have to put it away from metal in order to the engine get back to normal. and the same action repeats over and over when in trying to weld, what can be possible to make it work normal?
First off, check all of your welding cables to make sure they're in good shape, then check for tight cable connections. Is your machine staying at low idle speed while trying to weld? If so, Switch the idle select into the 'weld' position and make sure the high RPM's initiate. Try welding again. Better? Could be a number of things, if not.

Hi Louis, the battery sits on the bottom of the unit, just inside the rear right side service door.
if you were to look at the machine from the back, it would be located right in the middle on the bottom of the unit.

If all your settings are correct and still not hot enough probably your fuse F1 is open and need to replace. Check page 42 of the owner's manual for instructions.http://www.millerwelds.com/om/o4434q_mil.pdf
Hope this fix your problem.
