Please provide a model number for this TV, I would have thought being an LED tv that you wouldn't be needing a set-top box as it would be digital already.

Where do I find the turn signal flasher on a 1995 ford ranger?

You may need to get a shop manual to get the wiring diagrams.
You have a flasher for the hazards and one for the turn signals. They are two different circuits. It is unlikely both have failed at the same time.
One flasher should be on the fuse box under the dash and the other is probably behind the radio.

No picture no sound. Message on screen 'weak or no signal' The signal is strong. Also in top corner it says - A-----2 Auto panoramic

Reset the tV to its factory settings. Refer its user manual for details. If it do not help you, visit the site named 'Electro-help' for more details. You might ahve to enter its service mode option to reset it to its factory settings. Check this link and select the site. View it in 'Flip card' option, which can be selected from the drop down box menu at the left top corner or the display window. It will make search easy.

Only tv's with cable hookup have screen failure at top of screen

If no issue with cable directly hooked to 3 sets that are different models IT IS NOT THE SETS.

HAVE THE CABLE PROVIDER OUT AND demand it be corrected--you may need to have one or all the boxes swapped out to see if issue is box or something on the line that only reacts to box.

I have seen in my years some odd issues related to cable or sat boxes--
Saw one where on HD the convergence was way off---but on regular channels it was fine--customer had an extra box not being used and when swapped cured this problem----This should not of been possible but as I learned it was.

NOT THE SETS---you are paying for signal so get it fixed or change providers.

SHARP AQUOS 46INCH CANT GET A FULL PICTURE ONLY IF I USE ZOOM WILL THE SCREENBE FULL

Hi Anthony,

You're describing what is called letterbox and pillerbox. Letterboxing is when there are two horizontal bars - one at the top and one at the bottom of the screen with a wide picture between. Pillerbox is when there are two vertical bars - one on the left edge and one on the right edge of the screen with a tall picture between.

The settings on your TV (and on your cable box, satellite box, DVD player, etc.) tell the TV how to display a picture that will not fill the screen completely. If the program source (an older video-taped TV show, non-widescreen version DVD, etc) was not originally "shot" or saved in widescreen format, the TV offers you a choice on how to display the image. They ask if they should stretch or zoom to fill the screen (and you have to deal with the skinny / tall images or lost portions of the picture); or maintain the aspect ratio (not stretching or zooming) by leaving a part of the screen blank (grey or black) by inserting bars left and right or top and bottom of the screen.

Start out by telling the devices that send pictures in a format that matches you TV's screen ratio. I am assuming you've got a wide screen HDTV which would mean it should be set to "16 x 9" (a.k.a. 16:9) ratio display. If you have it set for 4 x 3 (a.k.a. 4:3) you should change it. Look for a setting on your TV that asks about stretching, zooming, etc. as this will be an issue when receiving picture from an off air antenna on your house when a TV station is airing an older, non-wide screen format TV show or movie.

TV signals provided by Cable TV or Satellite provider must be HDTV type signals. If you have the standard TV service (non-HD) no picture sent by them will ever fill the screen. This is because Standard Definition TV (SDTV) is not capable of those types of signals. You will have to bump up your subscription to HDTV service to get full screen pictures.

I hope this helps!

Samsung television LE40A559P4F i cannot expand the picture to fit full screen whena picture is broadcast in 4.3 foremat ive tried the picture settings but cannot get the picture to fit the whole screen

When in 4:3 format you cannot generally change that setting.. unless your TV gives you a widescreen "Over-ride" as the aspect ratio is "Set" in programming as the signal is decoded...

I think you are seeing the tuning screen for TV's to be tuned in. Look round the back of the VCR for a switch called TEST Signal. If it's ON set it to off.

suggest you check the signal source settings. Eg, if it is a set top box driving that input then check that device picture settings are set to widescreen (16:9) format.

My analogue tv doesn't do anything when connected to the new set top box. The scart is connected and the aerial also. Are there some anologue tv's that can't receive the digital signal? I already have 1...

Have you checked that your aerial is connected into the set top box & not into the TV? The aerial signal has to go into the set top box & then the box will be connected via your Scart cable into the TV. On the TV you will need to select the Scart input ie. AV1. This should give you the set top box incoming signal, you might then have to tune in the box by following the on screen instructions. Hope this help.
