I would recommend deleting apps that you don't use any more and pretty much just anything that you don't use. Also, try downloading an app that checks for spyware, malware and viruses because those can cause your tablet to slow down.

If you mean to connect your Archos to your Android device through Wi-Fi, than, yes, you can! But, only if your android device supports the tethering feature. For example if you have an Android 2.2 (Froyo) device than you go to Settings->>Wireless & networks->>Tethering & portable hotspot and tap "Portable Wi-Fi hotspot". From the Archos, go to the the Wi-Fi settings and connect to the network you've just created.
