Question about Dyson Vacuums
Hi there, it's Jack at Dyson.
We'd advise against attempting to replace DC35's on/off switch - this could cause damage to your machine, which may not be covered under warranty.
The on/off switch is not a part we'd expect to experience issues, and if you're having difficulty with your machine we'd appreciate the opportunity to take you through some simple diagnostic checks. This will help us determine which part may be at fault - we can also confirm if a replacement is covered under your Dyson warranty.
When you have your machine fully charged and easily to hand, please give us a call on 0800 298 0298 (UK), 1-866-693-9766 (US), 1-877-397-6622 (CA) or 1800 239 766 (AU) so we can provide further assistance.
