Is the card New or Used? If Used try removing the card and wiping the contacts with a dry cloth and replacing! If New then it could need formatting, go to settings and select format from there! When formatting the card any data will be erased!

My camera won't accept it.What doI need to do?

It may be a correct physical size (SD card) but other factors also matter
- un-supportted file system (SDXC is exFAT)
- max addressable space (gb) by the device
- support speed (Class #)
see Speed Class SD Association
- higher processors for Ultra Hi Def recording at higher frames will need higher speed

My suggestion is
(a) verify if your camera has a newer firmware that could support high capacity. if not...
(b) do not format on the camera because it may limit it in size.
(c) use this 64gb on other device like laptop.
(d) sell it on ebay
Prefer newer memory format like MicroSD with microSD adaptor/ holders

Are there problems with the Sandisk microchip falling out of the adapter?

Yes, the cardholder (Adapter) should have a little notch to keep the microchip in place. When the notch or the spring is defect, the card can come out on a moment the device is accessing the memory card, destroying the file, or even worse, the file system.

64Gb micro sd card shows only 0.97Mb why?

Did you buy it off of eBay? There are a lot of fake name brand SD cards sold there. If you got too good of a price, it could be a fake. There are free programs available to analyze your card. Look for a program called how to check capacity of your card . If you did buy from eBay, file for a refund.

Canon Legria HF200 SDHC Initialization problem

This totally sucks. I have a similar issue with my Canon Vixia HF R20 and I'm using a Lexar Pro 64Gb 133x SDXC card. When trying to initialize the card, its fails and says "Process terminated with error." It also says "check the memory card" when I first put it in. Write-protect is off. My other SanDisk class 4 SDHC card seems to work ok.
I could have sworn it worked before and I was able to transfer videos to my Mac on 10.6, but I can't remember for sure if I was using the SDXC card or just the built-in memory. Very frustrating.

Canon FS200 won't fully initialize 16 GB SDHC card

I have the same problem with my Canon Vixia HF R20 and I'm using a Lexar Pro 64Gb 133x SDXC card. When I try to initialize the card, its fails and says Process Terminated. The write-protect is off. The older class 4 SDHC card I've tried seems to work ok, which is a SanDisk 4Gb.
