PULL THE STARTER DOWN AND CHECK THE GEAR ON THE STARTER YOU SHOUD BE ABLE TO CHANGE THE GEAR AND THE SPRING THAT IS BEHIND THE GEAR THE SPRING MAY BE WEAK PLEASE REPLACE IT
